As from this Saturday we are working closely with the FA to increase our already very high standards of match day behaviour from coaches, players and spectators.
As a result of this all referees officiating in the JPLS will now have to complete a referees report on the match. The report contains referees marks on coaches, players and spectators behaviour as we want to make sure that the players that work so hard in the matches have the best environment to thrive in as possible.
A zero tolerance approach will be taken by the league to negative behaviour and the results obtained from the referees reports will form a league table which will be available soon.
This league has an excellent reputation for promoting fair play, good football, development of players/coaches, opportunities for players and a great day match day environment. As a league though we want to constantly drive standards up so in line with the parents guide and code of conduct that are both on our home page we have implemented the Respect League Tables.
We know that you will all support this and embrace our principles of providing the best environment for our players to develop.
