Hi Martin

May I congratulate you on the quality of the JPLS Rep sides who travelled over to Treforest last weekend. Considering the lack of familiarisation and tactical training all four squads put in some great performances against Cardiff City teams who week in, week out compete with some of the best Academy teams in the country.

From a Cardiff City scouting perspective there will be several players who will be invited back for assessment and further trials, I can safely say the Academy Managers were suitably impressed with the quality and now see these representative games as a good incentive, for both the existing Academy players and any potential trialists to step up to the mark.

Once again, thank you for a great day and congratulations to the JPLS players, no doubt we will see you at Treforest again in the not too distant future.
