Club admin web updates

Dear members.
Updated mentioned at the March meeting have now been made to the ticket system.
These updated were to fix bugs with the Transfer system and Postpone/reschedule fixtures.

I have tested the system fully and found no problems but please let me know if any problems are found.

Regarding already submitted Transfers :  I will be sifting through our league data over the next couple of days to ensure all transfers have been processed fully and that both teams effected are aware, should I find any incomplete transfers I will list them via a league notice ticket.
Many thanks to all teams for the positive way you embrace our new systems, please keep up the good work and enjoy the rest of this landmark season.
Wayne

MJPFL Main Sponsor
Welcome to the Midland Junior Premier Football League (MJPFL) – the UK's number one junior and youth development league which is based in the Midlands and South West of England.

Starting with just seven clubs in 2004, the MJPFL has now mushroomed to 47 clubs fielding 107 teams in divisions ranging from Under-12 to Under-17 Youth teams.

MJPFL matches are played to a high standard, both in terms of the quality of competition and in our full commitment to adhere to the FA’s RESPECT campaign.

Although it is essentially about developing players for the member clubs, the league has produced England under 16 representative players and dozens of former MJPFL players have signed contracts with professional clubs.

MJPFL President - Cyrille Regis MBE

Our president is former England centre-forward Cyrille Regis MBE – a player whose career should be an inspiration to all players who may have thought they have ‘missed the boat’ to top-flight football.

At 19, Cyrille went straight from non-league football with Hayes to the First Division with West Bromwich Albion, and onwards the England senior team - proof that you can still make the grade even if you haven’t been spotted and signed by a top club as a child.

Give Us Back Our Game

What is Your opinion?

We are concerned that the beautiful game is in decline. Football for children is now very different from earlier generations when the only adult involvement was a call from your mum that your tea was ready. Football is no longer beautiful for our kids anymore: it's ugly.

"I go out and play with imagination. It comes naturally to me. That's how everybody plays in London when your playing street football"
Joe Cole

"But when you go out into the street or park to play football with other children for the first time, you are immersed into a world you do not control ..."
Paulo de Canio
