Fixtures - and Club's responsibility
Fixtures - and Club's responsibility

For your information
Step 1

Rule 10 A

10.               Original fixtures will be arranged by the (Fixtures) Secretary.

Matches must be played on the days arranged and applying the agreed criteria of the league by the club defaulting and notify the General League Secretary within 24 hours of the postponement. Failing to agree and replay the fixture within 28 days will result in a £50.00 fine and 3 points awarded to the opposing team.

Agreed fixture changes between Clubs can not take precedence over the Fixture Secretary’s schedule of Fixtures during the season
unless otherwise decided by the management committee.

Postponed matches must be agreed and played within 28 days

 Step 2

Rule 10 C

(C) Except by permission of the Management Committee all matches must be played on the dates originally fixed but priority shall be given to The Football Association and all relevant County Association Cup Competitions. All other matches must be

considered secondary. Clubs may mutually agree to bring forward a match with the consent of the (Fixtures) Secretary.

Step 3

Because we get many emails, some of which are urgent and some less so, we must insist on the following to ensure requests are dealt with  as fast as possible.

All fixture related contact MUST be sent via the special Fixture contact form which can be found when logged in, on the Club Admin page.

You MUST give 7 days notice of changes.

Any contact via personal emails to committee members/admin or sent via the contact us web page will not be accepted or processed.

Thank You
